Day 1~199


9am: Breakfast was leftovers from dinner!  Roasted spaghetti squash for the "noodles" and a homemade meat pasta sauce with red pepper flakes for a little zing, along with my favorite roasted broccoli.  It was delicious and nutritious.

Starting again soon!

Monday, November 5 will be a new beginning!  A new whole 30!  I will have a pause in my work life and I can take extra care with my health and my free time.  Looking forward to cleansing myself of toxins.
